Intelligent iOS notifications

What if notifications could feel less monotonous and deterministic, but rather more human instead. What if it was a system that leverages LLMs (mostly input based right now) and understands context, proactively providing updates that are most important like a friend or great assistant would? In this manner, apps feed notifications to the system, and the system determines which ones should be showed and how its displayed.
iOS Notifications
Current notifications get cluttered very quickly with repetitive and not very useful information.
They're completely app-based and feel disjointed from the system.
Using LLMs, notifications could become a lot smarter for users.
Relating data
The system could intelligently relate data with other data (location, text, image, etc), providing useful reminders such as visiting a book store you had intended to go to.
Summarizing
Instead of message notifications being a long text chain, what if they could be condensed into chat summaries to provide the most important glanceable information based on the context?
Like a friend, the AI can prompt song recommendations for a playlist that you listen to often.
The system is constantly proactive, finding opportunities to bring delight to the user.
