Intelligent iOS notifications

What if notifications could feel less monotonous and deterministic, but rather more human instead. What if it was a system that understands context, proactively providing updates that are most important like a friend or great assistant would? In this manner, apps feed notifications to the system, and the system determines which ones should be showed and how its displayed.
Instead of message notifications being a long text chain, what if they could be condensed into chat summaries to provide important glanceable information based on the context?
The system could intelligently relate data with other data (location, text, image, etc), providing useful reminders such as visiting a book store you had intended to go to.
Like a friend, the AI can prompt song recommendations for a playlist that you listen to often. The language used in the notification feels like something a friend would say.
