Marqeta Dashboard – Bulk-adding /Users & Businesses
Helping businesses streamline manual exchanges with self-service workflows.
I designed a new bulk-adding creation flow that helps program administrators set up the structure of their program to create users/businesses to conduct B2B payments. This is expected to reduce time-to-value significantly from about 12 weeks to potentially a single day by removing manual exchanges.

With a new full-screen takeover creation interface, you can quickly bulk-upload without using the API.
Using a form design is adaptive to many modes of input in a hierarchical relationship that is simple to process and navigate.
Before moving to the specific user details screen, add/remove dashers by uploading a .csv file or manually editing.
Jump through sections to navigate inputs easier. This panel is particularly useful for quickly navigating the businesses sections instead of scrolling endlessly to find a particular input field.
With an active edit mode, fix any errors with a dropdown menu status for each dasher and indication of error in specific sections.
Toast for success! Signaling to the program administrator when user details are updated and when the creation flow is complete.
